Biotiful Gut Health, formerly known as Biotiful, was founded in 2012 by Natasha Bowes, a former figure skater and finance professional, who discovered the benefits of kefir, a fermented milk drink, during her travels to Russia. Bowes decided to create her own kefir brand in the UK, using British milk and authentic cultures, and offering a range of products, such as drinks, yogurts, and quark.

Biotiful Gut Health claims to be the number one kefir brand in the UK, with a market share of over 60%, and a presence in major retailers, such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and Ocado. The brand’s mission is to make deliciously natural gut health accessible to all, by offering products that are high in protein, calcium, and vitamins, and contain billions of live cultures that support the immune system and digestion.

The brand recently changed its name from Biotiful to Biotiful Gut Health, to reflect its expertise and credentials in the gut health category, which is becoming a macro-trend among consumers who are looking for products that can improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Biotiful Meal Boosters offer a convenient and tasty way to boost gut health

Biotiful Gut Health has introduced its first-ever ambient gut health product, Biotiful Meal Boosters, which are designed to offer a convenient and tasty way to boost gut health. The product range consists of three variants, each containing prebiotic fibres, oats, fruits, seeds, and spices, as well as billions of live cultures and added vitamins.

The three variants are:

  • Biotiful Berry Blend: A blend of oats, flaxseeds, goji berries, strawberries, and vitamins B12 and D3, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
  • Biotiful Cacao Blend: A blend of oats, flaxseeds, cacao nibs, dried cherries, and vitamins B12 and B5, which help to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
  • Biotiful Coconut Blend: A blend of oats, flaxseeds, coconut, turmeric, and vitamin B5, which supports normal cognitive function.
