Powell will report to Carl Hess, head of WTW’s risk and broking segment
In his new role at WTW, Powell will report to Carl Hess, the head of WTW’s risk and broking segment. Hess welcomed Powell to the firm, saying that he brings “a wealth of experience and expertise” to WTW’s claims business.
“Rob is a proven leader with a track record of delivering successful claims transformation programs across multiple markets and lines of business,” Hess said. “He will play a key role in enhancing our claims capabilities and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”
