Warzone players outraged by game-breaking bugs in Season 1 Reloaded

The latest update for Call of Duty: Warzone, Season 1 Reloaded, was supposed to bring new content and improvements to the popular battle royale game. However, instead of enjoying the new features, many players are experiencing severe glitches and crashes that make the game almost unplayable.

One of the most frustrating issues that players are facing is a bug that occurs when they try to use the create a class or loadout options in the game. These options allow players to customize their weapons and equipment for different situations and strategies. However, when players try to access them, either from the main menu or during a match, they encounter a glitch that freezes their movement and causes the map to flicker. The only way to fix this is to restart the game, which is very inconvenient and annoying.

This bug has been reported by many players on social media platforms, such as X/Twitter and X/Reddit. One of them is Fifakill, a streamer and a member of the Warzone community, who shared a video of the glitch on his X/Twitter account. He wrote:

If you try to go to ‘create a class’ in the menu your game will bug and you’ll have to restart. If you try to hit loadout in game this happens… \uD83D\uDE02

The video shows how he is unable to move or shoot after trying to use his loadout drop, while the map around him flashes and distorts. He also shared another video of a similar glitch that happens when he tries to use the create a class option from the main menu.

The create a class and loadout bugs are very detrimental to the gameplay, as they prevent players from using their preferred weapons and equipment, and force them to restart the game. They also affect the competitive balance of the game, as some players may have an unfair advantage over others who are stuck with the glitch.

Other glitches and crashes plague the game

The create a class and loadout bugs are not the only problems that players are encountering after the Season 1 Reloaded update. There are also other glitches and crashes that affect the game’s performance and stability.

For example, some players have reported that the precision airstrike killstreak, which allows players to call in a bombing run on a targeted area, is not working properly. The killstreak is supposed to notify nearby players when it is activated, so they can avoid the danger zone or counter it. However, some players have noticed that the notification is missing, which means they have no warning of the incoming attack. This can result in unexpected deaths and frustration.

Another issue that players have faced is a strange dent in the Urzikstan map, where there was none before. This dent appears to be a graphical glitch that creates a hole in the ground, which players can fall into and get stuck. This glitch can also affect the gameplay, as it can block the line of sight or the movement of players.

Some players have also reported that they are unable to access the game at all, as they are stuck in a loop that prevents them from reaching the main menu. This loop shows a message that says “Fetching online profile”, followed by an error code that says “Unable to access online services”. This error code repeats itself indefinitely, leaving players with no option but to quit the game.

Raven Software is working on a fix

The Season 1 Reloaded update was supposed to improve the game’s anti-cheat system, add new weapons and maps, and introduce new modes and features, such as weapons cases and covert exfils. However, these additions have been overshadowed by the numerous bugs and glitches that have ruined the game for many players.

Raven Software, the developer of Warzone, has acknowledged the issues and said that they are working on a fix. On their X/Twitter account, they wrote:

We’re aware of issues affecting the Create a Class, Loadout, Precision Airstrike, and geographical distortion bugs in #Warzone. We’re actively investigating and will update you when resolved.

However, they have not given a specific timeline or date for when the fix will be available. They have also not addressed the other issues, such as the game crashes and the online profile loop. Many players are hoping that the fix will come soon, as they are losing patience and interest in the game.

Some players have even expressed their intention to quit the game altogether, as they are fed up with the constant bugs and glitches. One of them is X/Reddit user u/BigDaddyKane69, who wrote:

I’m done with this game. It’s time to quit. It’s not fun anymore. It’s just frustrating and disappointing.

The Season 1 Reloaded update has been a disaster for Warzone, as it has introduced more problems than solutions. The game’s reputation and popularity are at stake, as players are losing their trust and loyalty. Raven Software needs to act fast and fix the game, before it’s too late.
